Bed and Breakfast Policies
Check-in Policy:
As per new local safety and security laws a government issued photo identification with valid residential address is mandatory at the time of check-in for all guests. (Passport and visa copy for foreign nationals; and adhaar card, passport or driving licence for Indian citizens).
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation if failed to provide proper valid identification.
Child and Extra Bed Policy
We are not a toddler / infant friendly lodging.
Extra person charges for the room apply as follows (includes sleeping arrangement in roll away cots and complimentary breakfast):
05-18 year olds β INR 1500 per night
Above 18 year olds β INR 2500 per night
Full B&B Rental
A full rental of the b&b is available for up to 14 guests with a minimum for a 03 night stay. Please enquire at reservations@nivah.in
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is possible 07 days prior to the date of arrival β after which the booking shall be charged in full.
For a booking of more than 03 rooms or a reservation of more than 07 days we require a cancellation notice 15 days prior to the arrival date or the booking
shall be charged in full.For cancellation of a full house rental, a cancellation request must be put in 30 days prior to the arrival date on the booking.
Property Policy
- All tariffs are in Indian Rupees.
- Government Taxes (GST) shall be applicable to the room tariffs (INR 2500 β 7500 @ 18%, INR 7500 & above @ 28%).
- Check-in Time: 3pm Check-out time: 12pm
- All tariffs and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
- Tariffs are appointed for up to double occupancy. Single occupants are not given discounts.
- We do not provide in-room dining facilities in the bedrooms.
- Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
- No pets.
